The unit spans 2,297 square feet of elegantly appointed interiors—including a study and library—with a sprawling 472-square-foot terrace, offering panoramic bay and city views. Though the exact purchase price remains undisclosed, comparable residences in the building range between $3.35 to $3.75 million.
